Avalon UP — a series of marketing visualizations for a high-rise residential complex in Lviv. The goal was to highlight the project’s scale, its vertical architecture, and a program enriched by active urban infrastructure. The visualizations capture key perception scenarios of the complex at different times of day and from various urban vantage points.
This series of visualizations was developed for the developer in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure the materials aligned with the positioning strategy and were максимально effective for the project’s sales launch. We aimed to showcase its dynamic, striking architecture, emphasize the verticality of the silhouette, and highlight its scale — as the complex is one of the tallest residential projects in Lviv.


In addition to its residential function, the project integrates active urban infrastructure, including retail spaces, entertainment venues, sports clubs, and areas for everyday life. That is why it was important to convey not only the architecture but also the character of the complex — modern, energetic, and seamlessly integrated into the urban environment.
Since the sales launch was scheduled for the winter season, we decided to begin with visualizations set in a winter atmosphere. This allowed us to focus attention specifically on the architecture: clean silhouettes, the contrast of light and shadow, and a restrained landscape prevented distraction from unnecessary seasonal details and emphasized the building’s form and materiality.

The next stage was to demonstrate how the complex functions within the urban context. We illustrated its interaction with the surrounding environment and infrastructure, emphasizing transport connections, major thoroughfares, and convenient interchanges that provide easy access to the complex and the adjacent areas.




A separate key element was the park area — some of the viewpoints were composed to emphasize the scale of the green expanse and the forest that unfolds behind the project. This creates a sense of balance between the active rhythm of the city and the natural environment, which is one of the location’s key strengths.
As a result, the marketing visualizations formed a cohesive narrative of the project — from its architectural expressiveness and height to its integration into the urban context, infrastructure, and natural surroundings.
